Its always been buggy but they were… Its always been buggy but they were slowly fixing stuff but now something appears to have changed with the live chat support for the worse. Now big issues remain unfixed for weeeks on end. Very disapointing as the idea is good.

Great Service I've used Eva for a while now. I think I was one of their early users and have seen them improve and develop over the months. They are open to suggestions and listen to the feedback they get from their clients. I would highly recommend their services

very helpful platform for inventory management Before Eva I had to deal with stockouts which would ruin all my marketing plans. Now I'm always updated with the last situation on a very simple and rich dashboard and the automated inventory management prevents stockouts by raising the price. My favorite feature is setting priority based on fbm or fba fulfillment, which i've never seen anywhere else! I'm happy with my choice and I'd recommend this platform to all my fellow Amazon sellers.

Generally good Generally good. Beware of a few overinflated claims (although this is typical, certainly for repricers). Also I would say they are trying to expand quite aggressively in terms of offering a variety of services. It may be that this is diluting their focus a little. Definitely room for improvement, especially if they fixed some of the killer features. But on the whole I have been happy with the repricer side of things.

Excellent tool EVA is the most advanced and impressive tool I have ever used with my Amazon seller account. The results are astonishing.
