Generally good Generally good. Beware of a few overinflated claims (although this is typical, certainly for repricers). Also I would say they are trying to expand quite aggressively in terms of offering a variety of services. It may be that this is diluting their focus a little. Definitely room for improvement, especially if they fixed some of the killer features. But on the whole I have been happy with the repricer side of things.

Good customer service, but clumsy tool I feel like leaving my feedback as this may help others making a decision on going with these guys or not. The customer service is usually very attentive and responsive, however when it comes down to the tool itself, I didn't have a good experience. Also every time I raised an issue with them, they'd never come up with a detailed response in regards to your issue, they'd usually say: "oh, eva has done 1.000 pricing decisions", rather than "I can see that even though you've set the price to be X, it hasn't changed for reason Y". These are the issues I have faced, which they haven't provided a proper response or addressed: 1. Downloading or uploading the inventory file can take hours or sometimes even won't finish. I'm talking about 200kb files here, not huge ones 2. When the upload is successful, prices will take hours to get changed on amazon. So if you add up this issue with issue number 1, sometimes price may take 3-4 hours to change (if the upload works of course) 3. After logging into the eva account, the system will eventually log you off immediately.

5star repricer 2star reimbursement The price for the subscription is good for a new seller like me. And the Reprice doing the job great. The only I don't like about what I experience is the reimbursement. Need to enhance the team to be pretty serious in handling reimbursement cases as it is so disappointing without feedback and a result to receive. But, Eva is still 5 Star to me since my sales excelled with a help of a repricer.
