The software is extremely buggy The software is extremely buggy, I keep finding bugs and reporting them to their developer team for fixes. Their online chat service used to be very responsive, however nowadays they reply after a few days or does not reply at all. I also don't understand why the repricer set prices to minimum immediately when all other competitors have their prices well above minimum prices.

They do not comply to GDPR Policies I have asked multiple times to have my account deleted, after the first time they apologised and said they will do it and I will not receive anything else from them. 3 months later, I still receive marketing emails from them.

5star repricer 2star reimbursement The price for the subscription is good for a new seller like me. And the Reprice doing the job great. The only I don't like about what I experience is the reimbursement. Need to enhance the team to be pretty serious in handling reimbursement cases as it is so disappointing without feedback and a result to receive. But, Eva is still 5 Star to me since my sales excelled with a help of a repricer.

Generally good Generally good. Beware of a few overinflated claims (although this is typical, certainly for repricers). Also I would say they are trying to expand quite aggressively in terms of offering a variety of services. It may be that this is diluting their focus a little. Definitely room for improvement, especially if they fixed some of the killer features. But on the whole I have been happy with the repricer side of things.
