GBGenerally good Generally good. Beware of a few overinflated claims (although this is typical, certainly for repricers). Also I would say they are trying to expand quite aggressively in terms of offering a variety of services. It may be that this is diluting their focus a little. Definitely room for improvement, especially if they fixed some of the killer features. But on the whole I have been happy with the repricer side of things.

GBI love Eva because of the excellent… I love Eva because of the excellent customer service and quick response to any issues that may arise from time to time. The staff is always friendly and they truly make me feel comfortable with any questions that I have.

SGThe software is extremely buggy The software is extremely buggy, I keep finding bugs and reporting them to their developer team for fixes. Their online chat service used to be very responsive, however nowadays they reply after a few days or does not reply at all. I also don't understand why the repricer set prices to minimum immediately when all other competitors have their prices well above minimum prices.

GBGood customer service, but clumsy tool I feel like leaving my feedback as this may help others making a decision on going with these guys or not. The customer service is usually very attentive and responsive, however when it comes down to the tool itself, I didn't have a good experience. Also every time I raised an issue with them, they'd never come up with a detailed response in regards to your issue, they'd usually say: "oh, eva has done 1.000 pricing decisions", rather than "I can see that even though you've set the price to be X, it hasn't changed for reason Y". These are the issues I have faced, which they haven't provided a proper response or addressed: 1. Downloading or uploading the inventory file can take hours or sometimes even won't finish. I'm talking about 200kb files here, not huge ones 2. When the upload is successful, prices will take hours to get changed on amazon. So if you add up this issue with issue number 1, sometimes price may take 3-4 hours to change (if the upload works of course) 3. After logging into the eva account, the system will eventually log you off immediately.
