GBIts always been buggy but they were… Its always been buggy but they were slowly fixing stuff but now something appears to have changed with the live chat support for the worse. Now big issues remain unfixed for weeeks on end. Very disapointing as the idea is good.

GBGood customer service, but clumsy tool I feel like leaving my feedback as this may help others making a decision on going with these guys or not. The customer service is usually very attentive and responsive, however when it comes down to the tool itself, I didn't have a good experience. Also every time I raised an issue with them, they'd never come up with a detailed response in regards to your issue, they'd usually say: "oh, eva has done 1.000 pricing decisions", rather than "I can see that even though you've set the price to be X, it hasn't changed for reason Y". These are the issues I have faced, which they haven't provided a proper response or addressed: 1. Downloading or uploading the inventory file can take hours or sometimes even won't finish. I'm talking about 200kb files here, not huge ones 2. When the upload is successful, prices will take hours to get changed on amazon. So if you add up this issue with issue number 1, sometimes price may take 3-4 hours to change (if the upload works of course) 3. After logging into the eva account, the system will eventually log you off immediately.

SGThe software is extremely buggy The software is extremely buggy, I keep finding bugs and reporting them to their developer team for fixes. Their online chat service used to be very responsive, however nowadays they reply after a few days or does not reply at all. I also don't understand why the repricer set prices to minimum immediately when all other competitors have their prices well above minimum prices.

GBThey do not comply to GDPR Policies I have asked multiple times to have my account deleted, after the first time they apologised and said they will do it and I will not receive anything else from them. 3 months later, I still receive marketing emails from them.
