SGThe software is extremely buggy The software is extremely buggy, I keep finding bugs and reporting them to their developer team for fixes. Their online chat service used to be very responsive, however nowadays they reply after a few days or does not reply at all. I also don't understand why the repricer set prices to minimum immediately when all other competitors have their prices well above minimum prices.

GBGreat Service I've used Eva for a while now. I think I was one of their early users and have seen them improve and develop over the months. They are open to suggestions and listen to the feedback they get from their clients. I would highly recommend their services

GBGenerally good Generally good. Beware of a few overinflated claims (although this is typical, certainly for repricers). Also I would say they are trying to expand quite aggressively in terms of offering a variety of services. It may be that this is diluting their focus a little. Definitely room for improvement, especially if they fixed some of the killer features. But on the whole I have been happy with the repricer side of things.
