Eva is a great software but needs some… Eva is a great software but needs some fixing with the buttons. It's kind of annoying when trying to enter in numbers and I cannot click the box because it is not where the link is.

very helpful platform for inventory management Before Eva I had to deal with stockouts which would ruin all my marketing plans. Now I'm always updated with the last situation on a very simple and rich dashboard and the automated inventory management prevents stockouts by raising the price. My favorite feature is setting priority based on fbm or fba fulfillment, which i've never seen anywhere else! I'm happy with my choice and I'd recommend this platform to all my fellow Amazon sellers.

I love Eva because of the excellent… I love Eva because of the excellent customer service and quick response to any issues that may arise from time to time. The staff is always friendly and they truly make me feel comfortable with any questions that I have.

Good customer service, but clumsy tool I feel like leaving my feedback as this may help others making a decision on going with these guys or not. The customer service is usually very attentive and responsive, however when it comes down to the tool itself, I didn't have a good experience. Also every time I raised an issue with them, they'd never come up with a detailed response in regards to your issue, they'd usually say: "oh, eva has done 1.000 pricing decisions", rather than "I can see that even though you've set the price to be X, it hasn't changed for reason Y". These are the issues I have faced, which they haven't provided a proper response or addressed: 1. Downloading or uploading the inventory file can take hours or sometimes even won't finish. I'm talking about 200kb files here, not huge ones 2. When the upload is successful, prices will take hours to get changed on amazon. So if you add up this issue with issue number 1, sometimes price may take 3-4 hours to change (if the upload works of course) 3. After logging into the eva account, the system will eventually log you off immediately.
