The color was named extra cold light… The color was named extra cold light ash blonde but came out very dark. It also had more grey than ash tones. In some places on my head i actually had greenish grey streaks though those have almost disappeared after several washes.

Love, love, love I ordered the bleach and toner tube and it was perfect ! I have watched multiple ugly duckling videos and tutorials and they are very thorough. The way the steps are described are great . I received the products and did my hair and it came out wonderful! It is the perfect icy blonde just as described. I have always bleached my hair myself and in salons and have never had the perfect color until now . I would highly recommend ugly duckling products !

I absolutely love your products they… I absolutely love your products they are so enriching for my hair that is naturally curly dark brown and therefore naturally a bit frizzy. The fact that I wanted to go blonde for the first time in my whole life my hair turned out nice for a beginner and it's not as dry as you would think for going from such a drastic color change.

Cant really put the whole of the wait time on you guys as FedEx messed up and then later my package was held for inspection.
