The fact that I wanted to go blonde for the first time in my whole life my hair turned out nice for a beginner and it's not as dry as you would think for going from such a drastic color change.

Excellent colors with no hair damage Excellent customer service and coloring advice. Tried a color I've never done before, (midnighy blue) and I would've never tried it without the proper guidance that I got from ugly duckling. Dyes are also not overpowering and hair didn't get dry and fried. Colors are vibrant and stick around with proper washing and maintenence. Love!
