I absolutely love your products they… I absolutely love your products they are so enriching for my hair that is naturally curly dark brown and therefore naturally a bit frizzy. The fact that I wanted to go blonde for the first time in my whole life my hair turned out nice for a beginner and it's not as dry as you would think for going from such a drastic color change.

I wanted to tone the gold tones in my… I wanted to tone the gold tones in my hair so I used the blondify 10A Natural ash blonde with 20 volume developer & it did nothing at all to my gold tones. My hair was an 8 to begin with so I don’t know why it didn’t work. I was wanting a very light natural blonde with no gold tones. My natural undertones are gold so when I do go lighter, it brings out some of the goal times, especially by my roots, and I figured this toner would help but it did nothing.

I wasn't a fan of the toner I wasn't a fan of the toner. I'm pretty sad about it too because I seen on a online ad it was the best. Definitely not the best product. My hair was still very yellow and I followed the directions to a T.

Excellent colors with no hair damage Excellent customer service and coloring advice. Tried a color I've never done before, (midnighy blue) and I would've never tried it without the proper guidance that I got from ugly duckling. Dyes are also not overpowering and hair didn't get dry and fried. Colors are vibrant and stick around with proper washing and maintenence. Love!
