Horrible Horrible! The first one lasted 1 week before it stopped working. I tried their troubleshooting, still nothing. They were supposed to send out a replacement nozzle and hose but the hose was missing. I was then instructed to send back the entire diffuser (shipping label provided by them). 4 weeks later I received a NEW, defective product! UNREAL. The diffuser worked for about a day and stopped producing mist AGAIN. I’m done with this company and their horrible product. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE as it has been nothing but a waste of money and time. I bought a cheap diffuser off of Amazon and use the oil in that and it hasn’t failed me yet!

I finally found a diffuser with a scent that actually lasts I finally found a diffuser with a scent that actually lasts more than just the first 24 hours. Some scents are stronger than others which is satisfying for everyone's preference. Their customer service is amazing. I have always had a quick, friendly response and they stand by their products.

If I could give this company a zero I… If I could give this company a zero I would diffuser only worked for a little bit notified the company sent it back with their label now they’re saying they never got it so I’m out all that money because they will not send a new one because their product sucks , they don’t answer the phone and when they do they say hold on I’ll check then disconnect then can’t get thru …this item is not cheap and not to replace it….the broken one never even worked right from day one ( they say they never received the broken one so now I’m out all that money…. I have been told to contact better business bureau that will be my next step

If I could give zero I would If I could give zero I would. I've been waiting a month now for a product that actually works. After charging my device for 5 hours it never turned on. Sent it back the next day and I'm still waiting. If you call customer service they tell you to wait 14 more days for the warehouse to "inspect" the item. Complete scam. I'm just out the $100 I paid to them.
