GBCan't cancel- they refuse to stop charging!! I canceled this service October 2023 and the site clearly says I have no account, yet, I'm continually billed, monthly, 76.83. I've sent a chat, to ask that they please stop billing me. I've contacted my bank who refunded me, but I shouldn't have to do that. Today is April 6th 2024 and I checked my statement and was billed again. This is EXTREMELY aggravating. The product is great but this continuous billing after cancelation makes the business seem like a scam. I'm so disappointed on every level. Again great product but without stellar business practices, and effective cancelation measures, purchasing from them is not worth the headache. I hope they get better- fast!

GBI finally found a diffuser with a scent that actually lasts I finally found a diffuser with a scent that actually lasts more than just the first 24 hours. Some scents are stronger than others which is satisfying for everyone's preference. Their customer service is amazing. I have always had a quick, friendly response and they stand by their products.

GBBought mini diffuser Bought mini diffuser, with starter scents & shipping came to $110. Unit arrived broken as others have mentioned. Initiated a return of said merchandise and have heard nothing. It apparently has to go to a warehouse for 14 days to be “inspected.” Now they have my $110 and my product…they don’t just ship a replacement. Horrible customer service. Closed on weekends so messaged through website…no one gets back to you. Called yesterday…lady from customer service had absolutely nothing to say. Asked to speak to supervisor…they said no supervisor will speak to you for 24 hrs. It’s been over 24 hours and no one called back. Total scam…waste of money! Next step filing dispute with credit card company.

GBIf I could give zero I would If I could give zero I would. I've been waiting a month now for a product that actually works. After charging my device for 5 hours it never turned on. Sent it back the next day and I'm still waiting. If you call customer service they tell you to wait 14 more days for the warehouse to "inspect" the item. Complete scam. I'm just out the $100 I paid to them.
