GBDoesn’t work properly have done the… Doesn’t work properly have done the troubleshooting still can’t get it to work properly and can’t get answers from the company. The blue light goes on showing it plugged in the green light will come on for a few seconds then I will turn off which means it’s not working properly . So have now spent two weeks trying to get this to work beyond ridiculous, given the fact of how much people pay for this. ORDER #156499, ORDER 156488

GBBought mini diffuser Bought mini diffuser, with starter scents & shipping came to $110. Unit arrived broken as others have mentioned. Initiated a return of said merchandise and have heard nothing. It apparently has to go to a warehouse for 14 days to be “inspected.” Now they have my $110 and my product…they don’t just ship a replacement. Horrible customer service. Closed on weekends so messaged through website…no one gets back to you. Called yesterday…lady from customer service had absolutely nothing to say. Asked to speak to supervisor…they said no supervisor will speak to you for 24 hrs. It’s been over 24 hours and no one called back. Total scam…waste of money! Next step filing dispute with credit card company.

GBWonderful, but a bit expensive While the scent I ordered didn't smell like I anticipated, it was still a beautiful scent. I'd love to continue using Scentiment products, but they're a bit expensive for my budget currently. However, the next time I have money for more products, I'll be purchasing more!!!

GBIf I could give this company a zero I… If I could give this company a zero I would diffuser only worked for a little bit notified the company sent it back with their label now they’re saying they never got it so I’m out all that money because they will not send a new one because their product sucks , they don’t answer the phone and when they do they say hold on I’ll check then disconnect then can’t get thru …this item is not cheap and not to replace it….the broken one never even worked right from day one ( they say they never received the broken one so now I’m out all that money…. I have been told to contact better business bureau that will be my next step
