If I could give zero I would If I could give zero I would. I've been waiting a month now for a product that actually works. After charging my device for 5 hours it never turned on. Sent it back the next day and I'm still waiting. If you call customer service they tell you to wait 14 more days for the warehouse to "inspect" the item. Complete scam. I'm just out the $100 I paid to them.

Horrible Horrible! The first one lasted 1 week before it stopped working. I tried their troubleshooting, still nothing. They were supposed to send out a replacement nozzle and hose but the hose was missing. I was then instructed to send back the entire diffuser (shipping label provided by them). 4 weeks later I received a NEW, defective product! UNREAL. The diffuser worked for about a day and stopped producing mist AGAIN. I’m done with this company and their horrible product. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE as it has been nothing but a waste of money and time. I bought a cheap diffuser off of Amazon and use the oil in that and it hasn’t failed me yet!

Amazing customer service and luxurious aroma Amazing customer service seeking to find a responsive resolution. I love my Scentiment and have 3 devices in different rooms. Long lasting and makes my home smell divine. All of family have purchased after smelling my home as they don’t want to be left out of pure luxury.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Sent me a device that died within 3 days. Refuse to refund me because they only refund unopened items. Will only send a replacement after having my returned item for 2 to 4 weeks for 'inspecting'. Have found countless other clients that have the same experience and are still waiting for a replacement 1 month later.
