The blue light goes on showing it plugged in the green light will come on for a few seconds then I will turn off which means it’s not working properly . Some scents are stronger than others which is satisfying for everyone's preference. Their customer service is amazing. I have always had a quick, friendly response and they stand by their products.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Sent me a device that died within 3 days. Refuse to refund me because they only refund unopened items. Will only send a replacement after having my returned item for 2 to 4 weeks for 'inspecting'. Have found countless other clients that have the same experience and are still waiting for a replacement 1 month later.
