Ordered a second fragrance to deliver later in the week. Still new but very happy with initial experience. The customer service is very quick and appreciative of their customers.

COMPLETE SCAM ALT Fragrances is a COMPLETE SCAM! The bottle was delivered to me 1/2 full with the top of the bottle loosely screwed on. The package smelled of the horrible scent. I completed the refund/return form, received confirmation of the credit, returned the bottle and have been refused a credit of the $62. ALT Frangrance is a complete waste of your time and money. DO NOT do business with this company.

Stop Badgering Me! I Have Requested You To Stop!! I was interested in the products and subscribed to the newsletter/text message option to obtain a discount code - but they continuously spam you in both media forms endlessly for weeks and weeks on end. I have unsubscribed to the emails but the text message will not work (replying ‘STOP’). I have emailed their customer service team and they confirmed it has stopped, until I got ANOTHER text again today. This is just ridiculous why do you have to badger people in order to get sales? Surely your products don’t speak for themselves. I feel like I’m being stalked by a crazy ex!! This has completely put me off from every purchasing from this brand. Go elsewhere.
