Stop Badgering Me! I Have Requested You To Stop!! I was interested in the products and subscribed to the newsletter/text message option to obtain a discount code - but they continuously spam you in both media forms endlessly for weeks and weeks on end. I have unsubscribed to the emails but the text message will not work (replying ‘STOP’). I have emailed their customer service team and they confirmed it has stopped, until I got ANOTHER text again today. This is just ridiculous why do you have to badger people in order to get sales? Surely your products don’t speak for themselves. I feel like I’m being stalked by a crazy ex!! This has completely put me off from every purchasing from this brand. Go elsewhere.

Love, love, love 🥰 Love the scent! First time buyer. Super impressed with the same notes as the original! Had a few issues within transit. Customer service were amazing with their quick response via email and assistance with rectifying. I WILL definitely be purchasing again!

Love the smell. I was cautious at first but when I've got my first perfume was amazed how it smells like original perfume. Love the smell. Already got my second order. Also had small issue with packaging but ALT team deal with it very quick and very professional. Will order more in the future.

The perfumes are horrible The perfumes are horrible. The one I received smelled like gasoline and burnt rubber. Nothing like it was supposed to. Customer service was even worse. Every emailed response was a pre-written one, no one is actually reading your email. In the email response they offered me a discount on a future purchase. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Waste of money. Save your money!!

Alt is the best. I have been ordering form alt since last September. I have over 9 fragrances they are my favorite. Customer service is also very helpful. Mike
