Alt is the best. I have been ordering form alt since last September. I have over 9 fragrances they are my favorite. Customer service is also very helpful. Mike

I have ordered 3 times from ALT all 3… I have ordered 3 times from ALT all 3 times packaging and bottles are poor quality and leaking. My last order one of my perfumes was basically empty cause it leaked. I have emailed ALT 3 times about the issue, contacted them via instagram and Facebook. No reply what so ever. Waste of money and no customer service whatsoever. What a terrible experience. Thankfully there are other alternatives out there. Definitely won’t recommend ALT

This is my second order from ALT and… This is my second order from ALT and there was a minor issue. The service I received to rectify the issue was fabulous! The email that I sent was replied to quickly. The customer service manager, Prajakta is great. I appreciate her care and understanding. The fragrances from ALT are amazing and super affordable! They have a customer for life!

ALT version of Acqua di Gio I ordered the ALT version of Acqua di Gio, I haven't smelled the original in quite a few years but I believe the ALT version to be a very close imitation. The cap came loose on the bottle and about 20% of it spilled out. I emailed ALT and they are sending out a new bottle. Great customer service!

COMPLETE SCAM ALT Fragrances is a COMPLETE SCAM! The bottle was delivered to me 1/2 full with the top of the bottle loosely screwed on. The package smelled of the horrible scent. I completed the refund/return form, received confirmation of the credit, returned the bottle and have been refused a credit of the $62. ALT Frangrance is a complete waste of your time and money. DO NOT do business with this company.
