COMPLETE SCAM ALT Fragrances is a COMPLETE SCAM! The bottle was delivered to me 1/2 full with the top of the bottle loosely screwed on. The package smelled of the horrible scent. I completed the refund/return form, received confirmation of the credit, returned the bottle and have been refused a credit of the $62. ALT Frangrance is a complete waste of your time and money. DO NOT do business with this company.

The email that I sent was replied to quickly. The customer service manager, Prajakta is great. I appreciate her care and understanding. The fragrances from ALT are amazing and super affordable! They have a customer for life!

Loved it at first, then.... I ordered the Crystal, which is the Baccarat Rouge dupe which smelled amazing and I absolutely loved it. However after a few times wearing it, I developed a terrible rash on my forearms that lasted not days but WEEKS! When I reached out to the company, they took down my review and offered me 15% off a future order. Ummmm....why the he** would I order anything again from them? Thanks but no thanks. RIP OFF.
