Great customer service My order came in several shipments and one was a little late. When I contacted customer service they gave me all of the info I needed including tracking number along with date it would be here. And it was here 3 days later. They also kept in touch with me every day to see if it came it. They seemed to be very caring about me being satisfied with my order.

My handpiece on my scarlet ms drill… My handpiece on my scarlet ms drill started making an awful metallic noise every time I got above 10 rpms. I contacted the customer service team and they promptly reviewed the issue video I had sent. They sent out a replacement a few days later and it works perfectly. They were very kind and more responsive than any customer service team I’ve ever dealt with!
