When I contacted customer service they gave me all of the info I needed including tracking number along with date it would be here. And it was here 3 days later. They also kept in touch with me every day to see if it came it. They seemed to be very caring about me being satisfied with my order.

GBAmazing Customer Service and Best Drill I’ve Used I had bought the Jade Plus Rechargeable Nail Drill in June 2023, it had started to short out and stop working while turned on. I knew it was the hand piece so I had reached out to Customer Service and they very quickly responded and sent out a new hand piece immediately! They made sure I had received the package and it even arrived in about a week with no issues. I’ve also purchased their drill bits and even after a year, their safety carbide bits have not dulled as much as Amazon brands have and still are a daily use for me! Definitely worth every penny and they will take care of anything you need! ( The drill is also probably one of the quietest drills i’ve used in the past 3 years, even my coworkers are amazed at how you can’t hear any buzzing)

GBBest customer experience ever! I had purchased the 2 in 1 e-file and dust collector some time ago. My e-file stopped working properly so I contacted the MelodySusie customer support. They were so helpful and prompt to resolve my issue! Within 3 days of me contacting them to see if I could purchase just the e-file to them sending me the replacement e-file (only asking to pay for shipping) on my door step was what I call excellent customer service! I will definitely tell my friends about this wonderful experience and continue to support the company.

GBExcellent costumer service. I have been using my dust collector/drill for like about 9 months and i really love it. I ahd to look for something way to keep working on this cause after covid i got many allergies including dust and someone on tik tok recommended this brand and i love it!! I algo got the bits wich are a 100% yes too. Sadly for some reason my pen drill stoped working 2 but both times melody susie team help me really quick and i got the pen in like about 2 days. Im very happy with my experience and since accidents happen all the time but they find the way to fix it really quick i for sure will recommend this brand to anyone who’s looking for any of the items i bought.
