Excellent costumer service. I have been using my dust collector/drill for like about 9 months and i really love it. I ahd to look for something way to keep working on this cause after covid i got many allergies including dust and someone on tik tok recommended this brand and i love it!! I algo got the bits wich are a 100% yes too. Sadly for some reason my pen drill stoped working 2 but both times melody susie team help me really quick and i got the pen in like about 2 days. Im very happy with my experience and since accidents happen all the time but they find the way to fix it really quick i for sure will recommend this brand to anyone who’s looking for any of the items i bought.
