First time ordering here First time ordering here! Wanted to surprise my wife with a nail dust collector. I accidentally ordered the white, realizing later I should've ordered the pink (just know my wife would prefer). I emailed customer service maybe ten minutes after the order was placed. Within another twenty minutes, they emailed me back notifying me that the order has been updated to the pink. Fast friendly service is so hard to come by these days, but I found it at MelodySusie... ill definitely be doing more business with them!!!

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. My hand piece burned out after using it for a few months. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement right away for free! I just had to pay for shipping. They made everything so quick and easy!

10 Stars - excellent company It was super easy to order and as I live in UAE, I was worried about delivery. Post doesn’t always reach us however, I was anxiously waiting and within 10 days, it was on my doorstep. Couldn’t fault MS, even emailed to check I had received my parcel. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

My handpiece on my scarlet ms drill… My handpiece on my scarlet ms drill started making an awful metallic noise every time I got above 10 rpms. I contacted the customer service team and they promptly reviewed the issue video I had sent. They sent out a replacement a few days later and it works perfectly. They were very kind and more responsive than any customer service team I’ve ever dealt with!
