I have been using melodysusie drills… I have been using melodysusie drills for over 2 years now and decided it was time for me to buy the new emerald colored drill. Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. My hand piece burned out after using it for a few months. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement right away for free! I just had to pay for shipping. They made everything so quick and easy!

Definitely a 5🌟 experience Definitely a 5🌟 experience. I emailed that my hand drill was malfunctioning. I was asked to send video proof, I did. A new drill was sent out within 24hrs.

Excellent costumer service. I have been using my dust collector/drill for like about 9 months and i really love it. I ahd to look for something way to keep working on this cause after covid i got many allergies including dust and someone on tik tok recommended this brand and i love it!! I algo got the bits wich are a 100% yes too. Sadly for some reason my pen drill stoped working 2 but both times melody susie team help me really quick and i got the pen in like about 2 days. Im very happy with my experience and since accidents happen all the time but they find the way to fix it really quick i for sure will recommend this brand to anyone who’s looking for any of the items i bought.
