Amazing Customer Service and Best Drill I’ve Used I had bought the Jade Plus Rechargeable Nail Drill in June 2023, it had started to short out and stop working while turned on. I knew it was the hand piece so I had reached out to Customer Service and they very quickly responded and sent out a new hand piece immediately! They made sure I had received the package and it even arrived in about a week with no issues. I’ve also purchased their drill bits and even after a year, their safety carbide bits have not dulled as much as Amazon brands have and still are a daily use for me! Definitely worth every penny and they will take care of anything you need! ( The drill is also probably one of the quietest drills i’ve used in the past 3 years, even my coworkers are amazed at how you can’t hear any buzzing)

First time ordering here First time ordering here! Wanted to surprise my wife with a nail dust collector. I accidentally ordered the white, realizing later I should've ordered the pink (just know my wife would prefer). I emailed customer service maybe ten minutes after the order was placed. Within another twenty minutes, they emailed me back notifying me that the order has been updated to the pink. Fast friendly service is so hard to come by these days, but I found it at MelodySusie... ill definitely be doing more business with them!!!

Excellent Customer Service! I took a lot of time to research all the different brands and products before purchasing a nail drill. I have had the absolute best customer service experience with Melody Susie and so happy I chose to buy from this company. Shortly after buying my drill I had accidentally dropped my drill and broke the hand piece. I reached out to customer service for help and they handled my problem so fast!
