I have been using melodysusie drills… I have been using melodysusie drills for over 2 years now and decided it was time for me to buy the new emerald colored drill. Since they had such a great deal on the bundles I went along and got that. Everything came in such a timely manner. I was worried about holiday porch pirates so I reached out to customer service n they always kept in contact with me on my delivery day and also reached out to me after the delivery time to ensure I received my package. My handpiece on my scarlet ms drill… My handpiece on my scarlet ms drill started making an awful metallic noise every time I got above 10 rpms. I contacted the customer service team and they promptly reviewed the issue video I had sent. They sent out a replacement a few days later and it works perfectly. They were very kind and more responsive than any customer service team I’ve ever dealt with!

Great customer service My order came in several shipments and one was a little late. When I contacted customer service they gave me all of the info I needed including tracking number along with date it would be here. And it was here 3 days later. They also kept in touch with me every day to see if it came it. They seemed to be very caring about me being satisfied with my order.

Excellent Customer Service! I took a lot of time to research all the different brands and products before purchasing a nail drill. I have had the absolute best customer service experience with Melody Susie and so happy I chose to buy from this company. Shortly after buying my drill I had accidentally dropped my drill and broke the hand piece. I reached out to customer service for help and they handled my problem so fast! Prompt responses and sent me a new hand drill within two weeks. Great service!

I ordered too many products and wanted to return some, but they let me keep them and sent me a replacement product (though I paid a slight difference).
