GBEfficient staff There was a typo in my address that I didn't notice until the package was unable to be delivered. I emailed dossier and Andrew was very quick to get the issue straightened out, resolved, and ready to ship again to the right address. This all took place within 15 minutes.

GBWhat might have been a bad first… What might have been a bad first experience turned into testimony to quality customer service and impeccable policy handling. My first package went missing, and I didn’t even know I purchased a package protection policy but a few days after the package was supposed to be delivered, I saw it wasn’t around and contacted the help center, who requested I ask my neighbors and wait an extra day or two in case it was misplaced. After 2 days I still didn’t find anything so I contacted help again and after filing a claim and waiting one more day, they initiated my refund. I appreciate the ease and integrity of the customer service team and I hope to actually try some of these out besides the one my ex used to wear, cus they sound amazing. I have a cart full right now, I’m just waiting for my next paycheck to pull the trigger
