GBNo customer service I have twice tried to set up an onboarding session. The first time the trainer didn’t schedule the agreed upon event, she said she had a family emergency. The second time my response to the trainers email has yet to be answered.

GBHighly recommend this software and the support! Heather was very responsive to my initial inquiry about the software. She also spent time with me by telephone showing me features in response to my specific questions. I was sold. We then worked out the cost of the product and made the purchase. This all happened in a couple of days. Heather then set me up with Tracie, a LeanLaw coach who showed me features in response to my specific questions. She gave me some set-up assignments and then reviewed what I had done to reassure me things were entered correctly. In short order I am now ready to perform my first monthly invoicing with LEDES capability. The software is logical and easy to use and the support is fabulous.
