GBIts a powerful piece of software but… Its a powerful piece of software but not always the most intuitive to navigate. I have learned to muddle my way through it. To be fair, billing is one of the least favorite aspects of my job.

GBChat works I received help through the chat platform and then had a video call. I was unsure of the process initially, but I believe I received good and helpful responses through both methods. Also, the LL representative, Melissa, was patience, attentive, and thoughtful in her responses which allowed me to reach my solution in an efficient manner.
