Problem solving I had a problem entering funds received into our Trust Account; I used the "instant messaging" to chat with someone and she was able to resolve my issue quickly and easily

Its a powerful piece of software but… Its a powerful piece of software but not always the most intuitive to navigate. I have learned to muddle my way through it. To be fair, billing is one of the least favorite aspects of my job.

Navigation and Use The system is easy to navigate and the client names load much faster now. However, I had a recent problem where my time entries would not load on December 31. This seems to have been fixed now.

No customer service I have twice tried to set up an onboarding session. The first time the trainer didn’t schedule the agreed upon event, she said she had a family emergency. The second time my response to the trainers email has yet to be answered.
