USNo customer service I have twice tried to set up an onboarding session. The first time the trainer didn’t schedule the agreed upon event, she said she had a family emergency. The second time my response to the trainers email has yet to be answered.

USLeanClaw Your time keeping is great. Your invoices are the worst I have ever had at 3 firms and 4 programs. They make no sense, and make me look like a moron to my clients. You use a "Keleven". My whole office agrees.

USChat works I received help through the chat platform and then had a video call. I was unsure of the process initially, but I believe I received good and helpful responses through both methods. Also, the LL representative, Melissa, was patience, attentive, and thoughtful in her responses which allowed me to reach my solution in an efficient manner.
