She also spent time with me by telephone showing me features in response to my specific questions. I was sold. We then worked out the cost of the product and made the purchase. This all happened in a couple of days. Heather then set me up with Tracie, a LeanLaw coach who showed me features in response to my specific questions. She gave me some set-up assignments and then reviewed what I had done to reassure me things were entered correctly. In short order I am now ready to perform my first monthly invoicing with LEDES capability. The software is logical and easy to use and the support is fabulous.
