Navigation and Use The system is easy to navigate and the client names load much faster now. However, I had a recent problem where my time entries would not load on December 31. This seems to have been fixed now.

Chat works I received help through the chat platform and then had a video call. I was unsure of the process initially, but I believe I received good and helpful responses through both methods.
