Excellent legal billing software Excellent legal billing software. Much cleaner and less cluttered than legacy billing software.

No customer service I have twice tried to set up an onboarding session. The first time the trainer didn’t schedule the agreed upon event, she said she had a family emergency. The second time my response to the trainers email has yet to be answered.

Navigation and Use The system is easy to navigate and the client names load much faster now. However, I had a recent problem where my time entries would not load on December 31. This seems to have been fixed now.
