I received no help whatsoever when I… I received no help whatsoever when I inquired about a report that I needed and asked about how to get the information I needed.

Problem solving I had a problem entering funds received into our Trust Account; I used the "instant messaging" to chat with someone and she was able to resolve my issue quickly and easily

Chat works I received help through the chat platform and then had a video call. I was unsure of the process initially, but I believe I received good and helpful responses through both methods. Also, the LL representative, Melissa, was patience, attentive, and thoughtful in her responses which allowed me to reach my solution in an efficient manner.
