GBLeanClaw Your time keeping is great. Your invoices are the worst I have ever had at 3 firms and 4 programs. They make no sense, and make me look like a moron to my clients. You use a "Keleven". My whole office agrees.

GBNo real customer support There is very little support for the software. Some issues in communication with QBO require conversation and not a chat or a link to the learning center. We have been using the software for around 3 years.

GBLeanLaw: Modern Law Firm Technology LeanLaw has been a fantastic program for our firm! Our attorneys and staff are able to submit their entries from any place and any time. We've saved countless hours in time spent billing and editing invoices. This leads to more abbreviated billing periods and an increase in cashflow for our business. GBIts a powerful piece of software but… Its a powerful piece of software but not always the most intuitive to navigate. I have learned to muddle my way through it. To be fair, billing is one of the least favorite aspects of my job.

GBLean Law is excellent Lean Law is excellent. We initially purchased QuickBooks for Lawyers. Totally unworkable. LL makes working with QBO super easy by doing all the work necessary to 'talk' to QB. The program itself is very easy to use and they have done all the work to make it talk to QBO. The LL team is professional, friendly, responsive; actually ask for feedback on what works and what we need. Thank you Lean Law!
