LeanClaw Your time keeping is great. Your invoices are the worst I have ever had at 3 firms and 4 programs. They make no sense, and make me look like a moron to my clients. You use a "Keleven". My whole office agrees.

Navigation and Use The system is easy to navigate and the client names load much faster now. However, I had a recent problem where my time entries would not load on December 31. This seems to have been fixed now.

Strong recommendation of Lean Law By far, this is the best time tracking software for small law firms, considering cost, ease of use, robust features, and seamless integration with QuickBooks. I highly recommend LeanLaw!

No customer service I have twice tried to set up an onboarding session. The first time the trainer didn’t schedule the agreed upon event, she said she had a family emergency. The second time my response to the trainers email has yet to be answered.
