GBExcellent customer servixe just now NEW I bought a solowave wand from Ulta and it stopped working properly after 4 months. Ulta has a 60 Day return policy. I contacted solowave and provided my proof of purchase and they immediately took care of the issue and mailed a replacement. Hard ti find this type of customer service these days.

GBCustomer Service I purchased my Solawave wand a while ago but due to health & life issues I haven't had much opportunity to have many "selfcare days"; I have been trying to make that more of a routine again, but I was experiencing issues with my wand. Super long story short, Teresa went above and beyond to help me. Teresa was kind and UNLIKE most interactions now, Teresa followed back up with me. (I honestly can't thank you enough). Solawave still has a customer service line - where you can talk to a human - and they stand behind their product. Looking forward to a better, healthier, and radiant 2024 - my Solawave is one of the tools to help me with that (super excited)!

GBI bought 2 wands that I used 4ish… I bought 2 wands that I used 4ish times. They are both now not working. The “warranty” period has conveniently closed but they said for $89 I can have a new wand. Clearly not going to put more money into this company. What a scam

GBGreat for self care I have been using the Solawave for about a month now and am excited to see the benefits. This is an easy to use skin care product and perfect self care. I have reached out to customer service with a question and Khaye was fantastic to work with and was able to answer all of my questions and provide help very quickly. I started using the serum and love it, definitely makes using the solawave much easier.

GBImpressive results after just a few days I've only been using the Solawave Wand for several days (for appx. 3 min. a day), but I can honestly say I can see a difference in my pore size, fine lines, and overall skin texture. It's crazy!! And even better, the customer service interactions I've had have been phenomenal. They truly care about their customers and made me feel valued and appreciated. Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. Thank goodness for the Solawave Company and their "magic" Wand! :-)
