Best Customer Service Ever! I received a Solawave wand as a gift and had a problem with it. Called Customer Service and after chatting with Mary she deemed a replacement was available and took care of the entire transaction. She was friendly, and knowledgeable and made this the best return experience I've ever had. I was impressed with the way she handled the matter.

Customer Service For their products itself, i would leave a question mark. However the customer service is impressive. The device i bought from a third party in the UK turned somewhat faulty. I contacted to the Solawave Customer Service. They sent me a newer and improved model, without returning the item i have. I haven’t received the new one yet. I hope it will work well. Hence this 4 stars going for the customer service.

Get one Today ! OmbreI LOVE the Solawand! This is my second one, I have the original, and wanted to upgrade to the new Radiant Renewal wand. You need this tool, it delivers everything and more. When I apply my sunscreen or foundation after using it.... It sinks into my skin! My skin is glowing and people are noticing, lol! Ps: when I received the radiant renewal it would not turn on . I called and spoke directly to customer service, they were super…. Easily returned and they shipped out a new one promptly …AND included samples of their products .

Nicole in Customer Service!! I purchased two Solowave wands solely because of the help I received from Nicole in Customer Service. Nicole spent a considerable amount of time on the phone explaining their products. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the skincare market! During our conversation, she mentioned a skincare product (which many don't know about) and happens to be my absolute favorite! It made me value her opinion plus gave me the push I needed to purchase. Solowave is very lucky to have her on their team! She is a true asset!

Beware hidden UK shipping costs Solawave's UK site is not in fact based in the UK so, despite the abundant number of emails about their Black Friday offers, when reached checkout suddenly found circa £90 added on for 'shipping'. Love the wand and indeed the serums that go along with it. Sadly, can't now buy direct from Solawave if they're going to add on extortionate shipping which they then say covers shipping & customs to the UK. Great products, sadly no UK presence.
