GBExperienced user I have been using Solawave for over a year and absolutely love it. It tightens my skin instantly and looks even better the next morning. The quality of the red light is what makes the difference I think. Plus the blue serum is perfect for the machine and I started using their hyularonic acid serum about 3 months ago and it is so superior. As a licensed cosmetologist and professional hair and make-up artist in LA, I am exposed to the best products on the market. My friend whom is a medical esthetician turned me on to Solawave and now I tell everyone. So worth every penny! Also the customer service is unbelievable.

GBImpressive results after just a few days I've only been using the Solawave Wand for several days (for appx. 3 min. a day), but I can honestly say I can see a difference in my pore size, fine lines, and overall skin texture. It's crazy!! And even better, the customer service interactions I've had have been phenomenal. They truly care about their customers and made me feel valued and appreciated. Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. Thank goodness for the Solawave Company and their "magic" Wand! :-)

GBLOVE the product and great customer service I LOVE Solawave wand! I've been using this almost every night for about a year. It's so easy to use and relaxing. And I believe it's helping with the fine lines and overall texture and complexion. I'm happy with the results so far. It's also gentle on my sensitive skin. When my wand broke by gently cleaning one day, the customer service (Mark) reached out to me right away with an offer to send me a replacement. He continued to update me on the replacement order and checked in with me until I received the package. Truly amazing customer service. I would highly recommend the Solawave wand to anyone thinking about trying red light therapy or looking for a way to improve skin.

GBBest Customer Service Ever! I received a Solawave wand as a gift and had a problem with it. Called Customer Service and after chatting with Mary she deemed a replacement was available and took care of the entire transaction. She was friendly, and knowledgeable and made this the best return experience I've ever had. I was impressed with the way she handled the matter.
