GBCustomer Service For their products itself, i would leave a question mark. However the customer service is impressive. The device i bought from a third party in the UK turned somewhat faulty. I contacted to the Solawave Customer Service. They sent me a newer and improved model, without returning the item i have. I haven’t received the new one yet. I hope it will work well. Hence this 4 stars going for the customer service.

GBI love using my Solawave I love using my Solawave. I love the warming and vibration effect. It took me a while to use is routinely, daily, which is best to see results. My friend at dinner one night said my skin was just glowing. The customer service is outstanding! It’s important to ask questions & communicate with them as they will respond promptly with great tips on ensuring you get the most out of their product. I’m in the process of upgrading from my old one and am looking forward to continuing my journey with Solawave!

GBExperienced user I have been using Solawave for over a year and absolutely love it. It tightens my skin instantly and looks even better the next morning. The quality of the red light is what makes the difference I think. Plus the blue serum is perfect for the machine and I started using their hyularonic acid serum about 3 months ago and it is so superior. As a licensed cosmetologist and professional hair and make-up artist in LA, I am exposed to the best products on the market. My friend whom is a medical esthetician turned me on to Solawave and now I tell everyone. So worth every penny! Also the customer service is unbelievable.

GBI bought 2 wands that I used 4ish… I bought 2 wands that I used 4ish times. They are both now not working. The “warranty” period has conveniently closed but they said for $89 I can have a new wand. Clearly not going to put more money into this company. What a scam
