USI bought 2 wands that I used 4ish… I bought 2 wands that I used 4ish times. They are both now not working. The “warranty” period has conveniently closed but they said for $89 I can have a new wand. Clearly not going to put more money into this company. What a scam

CAEffective I purchased a Solawave wand with the serum initially about two years ago. I wouldn't say it's a miracle product but it has been effective for tightening skin and helping with fine lines. After about a year and a half it stopped working. I hoped it could have had a longer lifespan than that, but it is what it is. I decided to repurchase a new wand to replace it. I actually love the new version more than the one i had previously. The red light seems stronger and i like it has an on/off button which the older version did not have. So far so good.

USSolawave has some of the best customer… Solawave has some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. My package was delivered to the wrong address and they got right on it, staying in touch with me from start to finished, confirming that it was in my hands! I love their products as well And will be ordering more!
