GBMy wand is the holy grail in my… My wand is the holy grail in my routine!! Recently it started acting up on me, and being afraid it would quit completely I reached out to customer service to see what my options were. I was given super quick responses for some trouble shooting, and in the end directed to make a return and they’ll be sending a replacement!! I will forever be a Solawave fan, and this just sealed the deal for me!!

GBCustomer Service I purchased my Solawave wand a while ago but due to health & life issues I haven't had much opportunity to have many "selfcare days"; I have been trying to make that more of a routine again, but I was experiencing issues with my wand. Super long story short, Teresa went above and beyond to help me. Teresa was kind and UNLIKE most interactions now, Teresa followed back up with me. (I honestly can't thank you enough). Solawave still has a customer service line - where you can talk to a human - and they stand behind their product. Looking forward to a better, healthier, and radiant 2024 - my Solawave is one of the tools to help me with that (super excited)!

GBBest Customer Service Ever! I received a Solawave wand as a gift and had a problem with it. Called Customer Service and after chatting with Mary she deemed a replacement was available and took care of the entire transaction. She was friendly, and knowledgeable and made this the best return experience I've ever had. I was impressed with the way she handled the matter.

GBGet one Today ! OmbreI LOVE the Solawand! This is my second one, I have the original, and wanted to upgrade to the new Radiant Renewal wand. You need this tool, it delivers everything and more. When I apply my sunscreen or foundation after using it.... It sinks into my skin! My skin is glowing and people are noticing, lol! Ps: when I received the radiant renewal it would not turn on . I called and spoke directly to customer service, they were super…. Easily returned and they shipped out a new one promptly …AND included samples of their products .
