ILIt was the first time and the last time that I used super.com Confirmation Number: B_13882863 Paid a lot of money to the super.com, arrived to the hotel, waiting more than 2 hours already as the hotel didn't get the confirmation and any proof of the full prepayment. My ticket has been forwarded to the "urgent team" that seems not as urgent as it is supposed to be. If you don't want to ruin your holiday choose the websites for hotels booking more carefully. P.s. after 3 hours of waiting got a reply from "urgent team" who told me that upon checking and verifying all the information they discovered that there's a hotel mapping issue with my booking and my reservation was confirmed at the 3-stars apart hotel instead of 5-stars superb luxury hotel that I booked. The only solution that I could get from them is a payment refund and a booking cancellation. This website took 3 hours from my life and ruined my holiday.

GBI paid $41.99 hotel cancellation… I paid $41.99 hotel cancellation guarantee fee, contacted hotel 24 hours in advance and cancelled on their website then was told I had to provide proof of my emergency (had to cancel reservation because mom was hospitalized). My mother's doctor said it wasn't his responsibility to provide me with proof I was at my mother's bedside. SUPER.COM took the $41.99 cancellation guarantee fee but still charged me the balance for two days stay at the hotel. PAYPAL will not intervene, too complicated for the minds at Synchrony Bank I suppose. Based on paying a fee then charged for a service I never received, I personally recommend never using SUPER.COM. I'm cancelling my PAYPAL Credit account as well.

GBCancelation nightmare Started on Kayak ended up on the super website based on the price. Booking with them is quite easy, however when it’s time to cancel a booking the run around starts. I needed to cancel a booking and while the hotel is confirming that they have a 24hr cancelation policy Super.com will not honor it. They require a HANDWRITTEN letter from the hotel on letterhead in order to provide a refund. Even the hotel themselves confirm they’ve NEVER had to do this before. The live chat agents and their responses might as well be bots so don’t expect much help there. The fact that the hotel is willing to provide a refund and cancellation without issue and Super.com won’t go through with it is horrendous. Don’t EVER use this website to book for travel.

However, I soon realized that the offering in Italy is significantly inferior to that of the competitors, and the prices are often not as competitive. As a result, I have chosen to cancel my subscription and followed the necessary procedure. However, I received an email stating that cancellations can only be made over the phone and was provided with a number that is not reachable from Italy.
