Flawless Experience I paid for an 8 night stay through Super.com for a hotel that I had previously stayed in. It was so much cheaper this time booking through Super.com that I even wondered if it was a scam so I contacted the hotel directly and they instantly confirmed my booking was legitimate. All I had to do was print off my holiday voucher and hand it in to the hotel reception on arrival and I received the exact same service and standard of room that I received when I booked directly through the hotel. Using Super.com is a no brainer as they were efficient with great communication and saved me a bundle of money. What's not to like???

Have nothing but great experiences… Have nothing but great experiences with super I have used them 3 times now. All fantastic trips . The catch is you just can't cancel unless you pay extra for it. But if you know you will not cancel its great. And if you might have to, just pay the extra small fee.

I had an amazing deal for a great hotel… I had an amazing deal for a great hotel in Barcelona. I was very pleased to see that they had my reservation and we had a great time.

hit and miss Confirmation Number: B_13493059 Upon arriving at the hotel, I've found out that they didn't have my reservation. They double-checked, and then checked again and confirmed in writing that they have no reservation in my name. When I showed them the reservation, the hotel said that they don't work with Super.com. I offered them to pay for a room (to later claim back from super.com), but they had no availability. I had to cancel my meeting the following morning and drove hours back home... I raised a claim for a refund with super.com support, and they replied twice within days. But then stopped replying and for over a month, they don't answer any of my emails. I have no option than to contact my bank for a refund tomorrow morning. really bad customer service... I used them once before and all was good. so if you want to use them, I would then recommend checking with a hotel if they really have a paid booking in your name...
