Super I’ve used Super.com to book several stays over the last year and I highly recommend them. The hotel rates always seem to be better than other hotel apps and they’re just better overall.

Wow..Amazing price! Wow! This was definitely the best hotel reservation app out there. I checked on 4 different apps (all stating that THEY have the best prices) and this one beat all the others by a lot! I will certainly always use this app next time. Very easy to use and navigate.

Cancelation nightmare Started on Kayak ended up on the super website based on the price. Booking with them is quite easy, however when it’s time to cancel a booking the run around starts. I needed to cancel a booking and while the hotel is confirming that they have a 24hr cancelation policy Super.com will not honor it. They require a HANDWRITTEN letter from the hotel on letterhead in order to provide a refund. Even the hotel themselves confirm they’ve NEVER had to do this before. The live chat agents and their responses might as well be bots so don’t expect much help there. The fact that the hotel is willing to provide a refund and cancellation without issue and Super.com won’t go through with it is horrendous. Don’t EVER use this website to book for travel.

We made the reservation the day before We made the reservation the day before, Called the hotel immediately to make sure they received our reservation. Yes they did. We had absolutely no problem checking in and the savings were considerable. So, we just booked the next night through them. Please be aware - It is a prepaid, non-refundable reservation through this site. They are upfront about that.

Superprlus Impossibile da disdire I frequently stay in hotels, so when I saw the opportunity to save money, I decided to subscribe to Super+ where you pay a monthly fee but enjoy more affordable prices. However, I soon realized that the offering in Italy is significantly inferior to that of the competitors, and the prices are often not as competitive. As a result, I have chosen to cancel my subscription and followed the necessary procedure. However, I received an email stating that cancellations can only be made over the phone and was provided with a number that is not reachable from Italy.
