We made the reservation the day before We made the reservation the day before, Called the hotel immediately to make sure they received our reservation. Yes they did. We had absolutely no problem checking in and the savings were considerable. So, we just booked the next night through them. Please be aware - It is a prepaid, non-refundable reservation through this site. They are upfront about that.

I had a great experience with Super There was no hassle booking with Super, I got a great deal on a hotel in NYC. I had never used super.com before and was slightly worried about the booking process but they provided us with helpful notifications and in the end we were extremely happy with the hotel we booked. I totally recommend booking with them!

Have nothing but great experiences… Have nothing but great experiences with super I have used them 3 times now. All fantastic trips . The catch is you just can't cancel unless you pay extra for it. But if you know you will not cancel its great. And if you might have to, just pay the extra small fee.

I have booked a room for 1 NIGHT and… I have booked a room for 1 NIGHT and was up charged for a free continental breakfast. Apon arriving, the hotel said I WOULD NOT BE RECEIVING MY FREE BREAKFAST AND I NEEDED TO TAKE THIS UP WITH SUPER. I called super up and they didn't bother offering any refund of my money despite the UP CHARGE and told me they would escalate the situation and to wait on updates! It's is now 1 in the morning and I ask for a update and these people have still not resolved this situation. When I asked to be passed through to a manger the employee of super DENIED MY REQUEST! THIS IS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH SUPER.COM OH AND I MIGHT ADD, I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF ALL THE COVERSATIONS BETWEEN YESTERDAY AT CHECK IN UNTIL 1 IN THE MORNING..3:48 IN THE MORNING THEY DECIDED TO GET A MANAGER INVOLVED!
