GBI have booked a room for 1 NIGHT and… I have booked a room for 1 NIGHT and was up charged for a free continental breakfast. Apon arriving, the hotel said I WOULD NOT BE RECEIVING MY FREE BREAKFAST AND I NEEDED TO TAKE THIS UP WITH SUPER. I called super up and they didn't bother offering any refund of my money despite the UP CHARGE and told me they would escalate the situation and to wait on updates! It's is now 1 in the morning and I ask for a update and these people have still not resolved this situation. When I asked to be passed through to a manger the employee of super DENIED MY REQUEST! THIS IS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH SUPER.COM OH AND I MIGHT ADD, I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF ALL THE COVERSATIONS BETWEEN YESTERDAY AT CHECK IN UNTIL 1 IN THE MORNING..3:48 IN THE MORNING THEY DECIDED TO GET A MANAGER INVOLVED!

ITSuperprlus Impossibile da disdire I frequently stay in hotels, so when I saw the opportunity to save money, I decided to subscribe to Super+ where you pay a monthly fee but enjoy more affordable prices. However, I soon realized that the offering in Italy is significantly inferior to that of the competitors, and the prices are often not as competitive. As a result, I have chosen to cancel my subscription and followed the necessary procedure. However, I received an email stating that cancellations can only be made over the phone and was provided with a number that is not reachable from Italy.

GBCancelation nightmare Started on Kayak ended up on the super website based on the price. Booking with them is quite easy, however when it’s time to cancel a booking the run around starts. I needed to cancel a booking and while the hotel is confirming that they have a 24hr cancelation policy Super.com will not honor it. They require a HANDWRITTEN letter from the hotel on letterhead in order to provide a refund. Even the hotel themselves confirm they’ve NEVER had to do this before. The live chat agents and their responses might as well be bots so don’t expect much help there. The fact that the hotel is willing to provide a refund and cancellation without issue and Super.com won’t go through with it is horrendous. Don’t EVER use this website to book for travel.

ILIt was the first time and the last time that I used super.com Confirmation Number: B_13882863 Paid a lot of money to the super.com, arrived to the hotel, waiting more than 2 hours already as the hotel didn't get the confirmation and any proof of the full prepayment. My ticket has been forwarded to the "urgent team" that seems not as urgent as it is supposed to be. If you don't want to ruin your holiday choose the websites for hotels booking more carefully. P.s. after 3 hours of waiting got a reply from "urgent team" who told me that upon checking and verifying all the information they discovered that there's a hotel mapping issue with my booking and my reservation was confirmed at the 3-stars apart hotel instead of 5-stars superb luxury hotel that I booked. The only solution that I could get from them is a payment refund and a booking cancellation. This website took 3 hours from my life and ruined my holiday.

GBHave nothing but great experiences… Have nothing but great experiences with super I have used them 3 times now. All fantastic trips . The catch is you just can't cancel unless you pay extra for it. But if you know you will not cancel its great. And if you might have to, just pay the extra small fee.
