hit and miss Confirmation Number: B_13493059 Upon arriving at the hotel, I've found out that they didn't have my reservation. They double-checked, and then checked again and confirmed in writing that they have no reservation in my name. When I showed them the reservation, the hotel said that they don't work with Super.com. I offered them to pay for a room (to later claim back from super.com), but they had no availability. I had to cancel my meeting the following morning and drove hours back home... I raised a claim for a refund with super.com support, and they replied twice within days. But then stopped replying and for over a month, they don't answer any of my emails. I have no option than to contact my bank for a refund tomorrow morning. really bad customer service... I used them once before and all was good. so if you want to use them, I would then recommend checking with a hotel if they really have a paid booking in your name...

They offered me a great price at the Hilton They offered me a great price at the Hilton in Suffolk VA. Gave me the best price out of all the 3rd party reservations. Super.com will be the first one I go to next time I need a reservation. My son had a welcome home party from Bahrain. Without the great price offer from super.com I wouldn't have been able to afford a hotel...$107 per nite

Cancelation nightmare Started on Kayak ended up on the super website based on the price. Booking with them is quite easy, however when it’s time to cancel a booking the run around starts. I needed to cancel a booking and while the hotel is confirming that they have a 24hr cancelation policy Super.com will not honor it. They require a HANDWRITTEN letter from the hotel on letterhead in order to provide a refund. Even the hotel themselves confirm they’ve NEVER had to do this before. The live chat agents and their responses might as well be bots so don’t expect much help there. The fact that the hotel is willing to provide a refund and cancellation without issue and Super.com won’t go through with it is horrendous. Don’t EVER use this website to book for travel.

Great site with great prices Great site with great prices, at first I was skeptical to book my hotel with Super.com but I took the risk and couldn’t be happier I saved money on my hotel. I will definitely book with this company again.
