We love Zenefits Payroll! We love Zenefits! They make running payroll so fast and easy and they have a beautiful user interface. We originally thought we'd use them just for payroll, but their time and attendance and performance tracking have also been great tools for us as a small business

Affordable and Successful! We used Gusto for our business when we had 80 employees. After covid, we were lucky to even have the ability to reopen even at a smaller capacity, so we needed a more affordable provider who could give us at least the same great product. Zenefits was offering a very kind package to businesses who were suffering due to covid when we were looking to start up again. It was perfect timing. It took some adjusting getting used to Zenefits but are happy with the outcome so far! Happy that we can get help when we need it and happy that it works for us!

They also are reasonably priced, which makes it even better. We have grown from 18 to 41 employees during this time period without a hiccup. Zenefits continues to be the best choice for our business.

VERY unresponsive Zenefits is impossible to reach for timely needs. They can take up to 2 months to respond to a time-sensitive inquiry and offer ZERO proactive information on compliance and management, even when certain changes should be flagged in their system. As help, they just send you to an FAQ page that often has outdated instructions.
