GBZenefits honest review, recently updated UPDATED 2/8/22: The customer service for Zenefits has gone down drastically. As a long-time customer, I still don't have a dedicated rep and have to send in emails and wait days for a response. DO NOT GET THE FSA through them, what a nightmare! Zenefits was implemented at my mid-size company 4 years ago. Since then, we've experienced rapid growth, and Zenefits has been able to accommodate all our needs. The pricing can't be beaten and their model ensures you don't overpay for a feature you're not using. Ther benefits integration is outstanding and has saved my HR team hundreds of hours. Highly recommend for all modules and services. Coming from an HR Director with over 16 years of experience in implementing HRIS type systems, you can't go wrong.

GBZenefits is great for small businesses Zenefits is great for small businesses. (I can't speak for larger businesses as we are a small non-profit theatre company). Zenefit's website is very cleanly and clearly laid out. The platform is user friendly. Onboarding employees is super easy. Their customer service is great. They always get back to me within one business day, if not quicker. You can contact them via email, phone or chat with an online assistant. Their Client Advocate Center has always quickly assisted with answering questions and navigating any issues. There is also a comprehensive online self-help tool.

GBZenefits is pretty user fiendly and has… Zenefits is pretty user fiendly and has all that we need to process payroll efficiently, manage benefits,etc. Their customer service turn around used to be terrible, but has greatly improved. It takes a while to hear back from the tax department, so this is something they can improve on. Other than that, I enjoy using the platform.
