Awful experience Awful experience. Zenefits got me in trouble with my employer. Customer manager from ClubZen/Trinet Zenefits claimed that I didn’t do the trainings and took away the reward points that I’ve accomplished from the trainings that I’ve done. I’ve tried to explain to her that I’ve accomplished those trainings before I joined the ClubZen. I even did pass the certificate professional exam from Zenefits before I joined the ClubZen. She claimed that all of them were not recorded and therefore she took away the reward points that I’ve received. I try to solve the issue with the customer care from Zenefits but instead of solving the problem they file a complaint against me to my employer and got me in trouble. I have to take a day off in order of my employer to solve this issue. Zenefits is bad!

Continuous Trainings My company has been with Zenefits for three now and it continuously grows and gets better. My favorite part is that they are always sending out training and "how-to's."

Highly intuitive one-stop HRIS We have been using Zenefits for a few years now for all of our payroll, benefit and PTO tracking needs. It has been a great tool and place to keep all employee history, documents and information stored. We are a fully remote company and have employees in 30+ states, and the ability to have Zenefits take care of all of the tax filings for all of the many accounts we have makes our lives so much easier. Everything is templated so that our hiring and onboarding is streamlined.

Affordable and Successful! We used Gusto for our business when we had 80 employees. After covid, we were lucky to even have the ability to reopen even at a smaller capacity, so we needed a more affordable provider who could give us at least the same great product. Zenefits was offering a very kind package to businesses who were suffering due to covid when we were looking to start up again. It was perfect timing. It took some adjusting getting used to Zenefits but are happy with the outcome so far! Happy that we can get help when we need it and happy that it works for us!

Zenefits is a terrific payroll and HR… Zenefits is a terrific payroll and HR option for smaller businesses We have been a customer for 6 years and are consistently pleased with the services provided by Zenefits. They also are reasonably priced, which makes it even better. We have grown from 18 to 41 employees during this time period without a hiccup. Zenefits continues to be the best choice for our business.
