Awful experience Awful experience. Zenefits got me in trouble with my employer. Customer manager from ClubZen/Trinet Zenefits claimed that I didn’t do the trainings and took away the reward points that I’ve accomplished from the trainings that I’ve done. I’ve tried to explain to her that I’ve accomplished those trainings before I joined the ClubZen. I even did pass the certificate professional exam from Zenefits before I joined the ClubZen. She claimed that all of them were not recorded and therefore she took away the reward points that I’ve received. I try to solve the issue with the customer care from Zenefits but instead of solving the problem they file a complaint against me to my employer and got me in trouble. I have to take a day off in order of my employer to solve this issue. Zenefits is bad!

Zenefits honest review, recently updated UPDATED 2/8/22: The customer service for Zenefits has gone down drastically. As a long-time customer, I still don't have a dedicated rep and have to send in emails and wait days for a response. DO NOT GET THE FSA through them, what a nightmare! Zenefits was implemented at my mid-size company 4 years ago. Since then, we've experienced rapid growth, and Zenefits has been able to accommodate all our needs. The pricing can't be beaten and their model ensures you don't overpay for a feature you're not using. Ther benefits integration is outstanding and has saved my HR team hundreds of hours. Highly recommend for all modules and services. Coming from an HR Director with over 16 years of experience in implementing HRIS type systems, you can't go wrong.

VERY unresponsive Zenefits is impossible to reach for timely needs. They can take up to 2 months to respond to a time-sensitive inquiry and offer ZERO proactive information on compliance and management, even when certain changes should be flagged in their system. As help, they just send you to an FAQ page that often has outdated instructions.

Helped streamline our nonprofit operations We used to use an accounting firm for our payroll, and the experience has been so much easier once we moved it in-house to using Zenefits. It's also made our onboarding processes so much more efficient for new staff and contractors. We have fewer payroll errors and spend so much less time dealing with documents, email attachments, etc. for new staff onboarding. The amount of time I've saved has far exceeded the expense to add Zenefits to our organization.

The Zenefits platform has to be one of… The Zenefits platform has to be one of the best software experiences for HR/Payroll that we've ever used. We've seen tours of new systems that just don't compare. Customer service can suck. It can be painfully slow to answer important tax questions, get answers to simple questions or even get onboarded.
