Continuous Trainings My company has been with Zenefits for three now and it continuously grows and gets better. My favorite part is that they are always sending out training and "how-to's."

HR & Payroll Made Simple! I am the HR Lead for a start up company which means everything is from scratch! Zenefits has helped make our HR and Payroll processes simple and efficient. Even when I forget a step because I wear multiple hats, they never fail to send me reminders to ensure we are successful and compliant with all processes. Always a great experience!

Zenefits is a great and simple… Zenefits is a great and simple platform. It's easily allowed me to manage onboarding, payroll, benefits, 401k and more from one place. My one advice for improvement would be to have a dedicated rep that could help when I have questions instead of filling out a form and waiting a few days for a response.

Zenefits is great for small businesses Zenefits is great for small businesses. (I can't speak for larger businesses as we are a small non-profit theatre company). Zenefit's website is very cleanly and clearly laid out. The platform is user friendly. Onboarding employees is super easy. Their customer service is great. They always get back to me within one business day, if not quicker. You can contact them via email, phone or chat with an online assistant. Their Client Advocate Center has always quickly assisted with answering questions and navigating any issues. There is also a comprehensive online self-help tool.

Avoid at all costs because it WILL cost you! We are a small business and gave Zenefits a try. When we very first started, implementation was great but once we were done with implementing it was/is frustration after frustration. We waited MONTHS, not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, almost 5 months to hear back from anyone in regard to our needs, questions and simple requests (ex: how to onboard an employee). We purchased Zenefits to help us. But it has not helped. It's cost us money, time, and more! Both HR and payroll have been a nightmare and headache. You can't speak with someone over the phone, everything is done through email by opening a "case/ticket". We fought tooth and nail with them about many of our concerns, questions and issues and it still took months and complaints in order for us to get someone to help us. All we ever asked is to get service for a service WE PAY FOR! Some things still haven't been addressed and some of the things that were "addressed", we later found out that they were done wrong and not in compliance to our state's laws! Zenefits is a rip off and can get your company sued. Stay away!
