Zenefits is pretty user fiendly and has… Zenefits is pretty user fiendly and has all that we need to process payroll efficiently, manage benefits,etc. Their customer service turn around used to be terrible, but has greatly improved. It takes a while to hear back from the tax department, so this is something they can improve on. Other than that, I enjoy using the platform.

HR & Payroll Made Simple! I am the HR Lead for a start up company which means everything is from scratch! Zenefits has helped make our HR and Payroll processes simple and efficient. Even when I forget a step because I wear multiple hats, they never fail to send me reminders to ensure we are successful and compliant with all processes. Always a great experience!

Fragmented Service and Horrible Payroll Zenefits is a collaboration of a multitude of different companies that try to act like one company. Every module is monitored by a different company. I didn't even get set up correctly for the first 6 weeks , with no compensation or apology. They give me less than ONE day (approve the next business day by 2:00 p.m.) to approve timecards and payroll and IF there is a holiday, there is virtually zero way to finish the week and pay my employees on their payday. Yet, they take my money right on time- which leads me to believe they earn a ton off of interest of their clients money. Not even a comparison with ADP and Paychex but I'm stuck in this contract for awhile...don't do it.

The Zenefits platform has to be one of… The Zenefits platform has to be one of the best software experiences for HR/Payroll that we've ever used. We've seen tours of new systems that just don't compare. Customer service can suck. It can be painfully slow to answer important tax questions, get answers to simple questions or even get onboarded.

This is a simple user friendly HRIS for… This is a simple user friendly HRIS for small companies. We use this for typically HR onboarding and benefits enrollment. Although it does have multiple apps for HR usage. We are a small company with less than 100 and more than 50 employees and it works well so far. The system and does require human review just like any other system, regular update and is good and beneficial as the user makes it. We have used this since 2016. Overall I give it a 5 star.
