The best product catalog for Divi They have a rather large catalog, perfectly kept up to date with every patch or new version of Divi (EVERY update). The support is very reactive, attentive and benevolent. They give you tips for things you wouldn't necessarily have thought of and allow you to go further in your projects. Despite the large catalog of products they have, they keep coming out with better, newer, more elaborate, with more features, a redesigned design. They are geniuses. They think of everyone and above all, with their products EVERYTHING can be changed at will.

Lukasz is the man!! I've used Divi Space for many years and recently got some support from Lukasz with one of their plugins so that I could mirror the style of the shop module with the related products as it doesn't do it as standard. Lukasz went the extra mile for me and logged into my site and helped to copy the style across and left me the CSS so I could do it myself next time. Really impressed he did it and it's helped massively. Thanks :-)

Charged for a year with no refund The company refused to refund me for an annual subscription payment, which is very unpleasant, and I feel we have been scammed. I will never buy anything from them, and I will make sure that none of our clients, customers, or partners do the same. Extremely unpleasant.

Didn't realize I hadn't cancelled the… Didn't realize I hadn't cancelled the license until I was billed. Cancelled it same day as renewal and requested a refund. They said no despite the fact I have a license for another product with them. I'll be cancelling that license and never purchasing their products again. That's just terrible customer service.

I'm very satisfied with WP Zone products I'm very satisfied with WP Zone / DIvi Space plugins used on any sites. The support is good, I had a bug with Divi Shop and an other plugin, I have send some messages, give acess with their Helper plugin and provide the tier plugin source: they find the problem and update a new version of Shop builder in few days ! Great !!
