BGCharged for a year with no refund The company refused to refund me for an annual subscription payment, which is very unpleasant, and I feel we have been scammed. I will never buy anything from them, and I will make sure that none of our clients, customers, or partners do the same. Extremely unpleasant.

GBLukasz is the man!! I've used Divi Space for many years and recently got some support from Lukasz with one of their plugins so that I could mirror the style of the shop module with the related products as it doesn't do it as standard. Lukasz went the extra mile for me and logged into my site and helped to copy the style across and left me the CSS so I could do it myself next time. Really impressed he did it and it's helped massively. Thanks :-)

AUBad business practices - Stay away Dodgy customer service takes weeks to respond. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. No notification the plug-in will auto-renew a ridiculous amount, no recourse, no help and a bad product there's no use for. I emailed within an hour of the subscription being renewed, explaining my financial hardship and it took 20 days for a copy and paste refusal. This is not how you conduct business! You want happy customers, not customers that don't want to be customers.

GBHelpful Support Divi Space support is so helpful. Anytime I've had an issue they have been really quick to respond. I've even gotten responses outside of their written hours. Whether I need a snippet of css to help me solve a problem or help with anything else, they always make me feel good that I reached out.

GBDidn't realize I hadn't cancelled the… Didn't realize I hadn't cancelled the license until I was billed. Cancelled it same day as renewal and requested a refund. They said no despite the fact I have a license for another product with them. I'll be cancelling that license and never purchasing their products again. That's just terrible customer service.
