Helpful Support Divi Space support is so helpful. Anytime I've had an issue they have been really quick to respond. I've even gotten responses outside of their written hours. Whether I need a snippet of css to help me solve a problem or help with anything else, they always make me feel good that I reached out.

Customer Service is Abysmal Customer Service is Abysmal A plugin I haven't used for 9 months auto-renewed with no notice. They refused to give a refund saying that "due to the nature of digital products blah blah blah" even though --no additional virtual merchandise was received -- I received ZERO emails letting me know my subscription was going to renew -- and even though I emailed support immediately after my unexpected renewal. Not a fan of this business model.

Bad business practices - Stay away Dodgy customer service takes weeks to respond. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. No notification the plug-in will auto-renew a ridiculous amount, no recourse, no help and a bad product there's no use for. I emailed within an hour of the subscription being renewed, explaining my financial hardship and it took 20 days for a copy and paste refusal. This is not how you conduct business! You want happy customers, not customers that don't want to be customers.

Very Good Customer Support I originally purchased the Ultimate Divi Bundle when the company was still Aspen Grove Studios. During their transition to Divi Space, my purchase was somehow 'lost' in their system. When I first encountered this issue in 2020, I did not receive any responses to my inquiries, likely due to the pandemic causing disruptions. However, I am pleased to report that WP Zone, the current operator, was highly responsive when I contacted them again this month. Their customer support team provided excellent service, quickly resolving the issues with my purchase. While good products form the foundation of a strong company, great customer service retains loyal customers. Despite the earlier problems, WP Zone turned things around with their attentive support. I now happily recommend them for both their quality offerings and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Great support from WP Zone Great support from WP Zone, plus their Divi plugins are so useful and reliable. Particularly useful right now is the Gravity Forms design plugin and how it works with Divi - saves me soooo much time.
