FRI'm very satisfied with WP Zone products I'm very satisfied with WP Zone / DIvi Space plugins used on any sites. The support is good, I had a bug with Divi Shop and an other plugin, I have send some messages, give acess with their Helper plugin and provide the tier plugin source: they find the problem and update a new version of Shop builder in few days ! Great !!

TTDivi space- Well designed plugin Shop Builder/Great Support My experience with Divi space has been with their DIVI Shop Builder plugin. I have to say it works great and gives much needed flexibility of designing /styling the Woocommerce environment. Best i have used for DIVI and they promise improvement and new features. Since i purchased it i have received two update in two weeks. As for support, i am quite impressed. patient and kno'ledgable staff that provides solutions and candid feedback. I have worked with Marek whom i appreciate his readiness to assist and quick responses. Looking forward to seeing this product gro'

GBVery slow customer service Since AspenGrove and DiviSpace were acquired by wpzone.co, they've modified the "helper" app to supposedly streamline the installation and maintenance of their various plug-ins and themes. I've been trying for days to get it to install a plug-in, any plug-in. I've repeatedly contacted customer support, because I keep getting a very specific error. It takes them days to return an email; support tickets are not stored on their website, and there's no easy way to follow up or add notes to a ticket except in email. They wanted my admin credentials to try to duplicate the error, and they have a function in the contact form that lets you add a temp user to the wp installation. My credentials simply don't work; they claim their test credentials do. I have a LIFETIME subscription, and their "helper" app does nothing to bolster my confidence that they actually know what they're doing. It worked when they were DiviSpace / AspenGrove. Installing plug-ins via the traditional method does work. One plug-in, DiviSwitch, requires an API user name and key, and nowhere in their documentation on this plug-in do they mention that. I get another error when installing that plug-in. Bottom line: customer service is very slow, and documentation is spotty.

GBSuperior Load Times, Stellar Support I had very high expectations for Divi Space Hosting and happy to say they actually exceded them. The personal support I have recieved from their server administrator has been amazing and the load times for my latest migrated sites MUCH faster than my current "Professional" hosting plan. They are the real deal.

NZGreat support from WP Zone Great support from WP Zone, plus their Divi plugins are so useful and reliable. Particularly useful right now is the Gravity Forms design plugin and how it works with Divi - saves me soooo much time.
