AUBad business practices - Stay away Dodgy customer service takes weeks to respond. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. No notification the plug-in will auto-renew a ridiculous amount, no recourse, no help and a bad product there's no use for. I emailed within an hour of the subscription being renewed, explaining my financial hardship and it took 20 days for a copy and paste refusal. This is not how you conduct business! You want happy customers, not customers that don't want to be customers.

I sent an email through the contact form and within 30 minutes got a response back. The help is always fast and professional regarding if it’s a plugin problem or child theme problem. FRI'm very satisfied with WP Zone products I'm very satisfied with WP Zone / DIvi Space plugins used on any sites. The support is good, I had a bug with Divi Shop and an other plugin, I have send some messages, give acess with their Helper plugin and provide the tier plugin source: they find the problem and update a new version of Shop builder in few days ! Great !!

GBCustomer Service is Abysmal Customer Service is Abysmal A plugin I haven't used for 9 months auto-renewed with no notice. They refused to give a refund saying that "due to the nature of digital products blah blah blah" even though --no additional virtual merchandise was received -- I received ZERO emails letting me know my subscription was going to renew -- and even though I emailed support immediately after my unexpected renewal. Not a fan of this business model.
