Great Customer Service I recently ordered the cellulite cream but received a different item in my order. I contacted customer support to inform them that the wrong item was received. Customer support responded quickly and immediately placed a new order for me to receive the cellulite cream. The entire exchange was hassle free. They also gave me a coupon for 60% off my next purchase. The customer service was excellent and made we look forward to ordering from Glow Fairy

I ordered anti cellulite cream from… I ordered anti cellulite cream from this company. NOWHERE on their website do they disclose that it is made in CHINA. Really??? This whole website and their “story” sounds like it is a complete Chinese scam out of California. Satisfaction guarantee? They said I could return it, but must pay to do that. They just want to scam the next customer. Very unhappy!!!

Speedt Customer Service and Like the Products Placed an order and saw that my coupon didn't go through. Email customer support, and recieved and email within hours from Lauryn with the coupon amount refunded! Thank you!!! Looking forward to round two of the firming creams, and under eye serum! Live that there's no hazardous chemicals in these products, and they seem to have firmed things up a bit!

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a coupon being removed at checkout. I contacted customer service and Lauryn responded right away. My issue was resolved in less than a day with the coupon being reinstated. Top notch!

This review is for customer service This review is for customer service, as I havent received my product yet. I mistakenly submitted my order without using my discount code. Immediately, I emailed support to ask that my order be cancelled. They werent able to cancel it BUT, Lauryn offered to add the code to the order and refunded the difference to my card! I must say that I was in complete shock!! I was totally prepared for a long hassle! IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will try other products based solely on my customer experience! Can't wait for my serum to arrive!
