GBSent Me Wrong Product & Expect Me to Pay for Return Shipping I ordered a 3-pack of Anti-Cellulite Serum but was sent a 3-pack of Resurfacing Body Polish. Assuming this was in error, I contacted the company. They said they had discontinued the Anti-Cellulite Serum, so instead of telling me it was out of stock or giving me any kind of option, they sent me the Body Polish (a completely different product in both ingredients and application) instead. To return the Body Polish I'd have to pay for return shipping, even though it is NOT the product I ordered. Very sketchy business practice imo. Not happy with this company.

CAMy order came in yesterday with the Glow Wand crushed. My order came in yesterday with the Glow Wand crushed and broken. I was so disappointed! I contacted the customer service department, sent them a photo and within minutes Lauren got back to me! I mean who does that in this day and age! Amazing! She said she would send another right away free of charge. Great customer service! Thanks, Sonia B
