CAWonderful Customer Service! I live in Canada and discovered this product through a review in a journal. I ordered it, applied it as directed and magic! It worked very quickly to address dark and puffy under eyes. I have sensitive eyes that more often than not react to eye products. Glow Fairy was smooth and very soothing on my eyes … and very easy to apply! It was a winner! I tried to reorder but could not pull up an address for shipping to Canada. I contacted customer Service. Only a few moments later I received a very helpful response from Lauryn in CS. She completed a partial order for me and sent it to my email with directions on how to complete payment for the order….prompt, courteous, helpful and my order is now complete and on the way to my Canadian address! I will continue to purchase this amazing product in the future! Thank you Lauryn! You are a credit to Glow Fairy! 🙂

GBSent Me Wrong Product & Expect Me to Pay for Return Shipping I ordered a 3-pack of Anti-Cellulite Serum but was sent a 3-pack of Resurfacing Body Polish. Assuming this was in error, I contacted the company. They said they had discontinued the Anti-Cellulite Serum, so instead of telling me it was out of stock or giving me any kind of option, they sent me the Body Polish (a completely different product in both ingredients and application) instead. To return the Body Polish I'd have to pay for return shipping, even though it is NOT the product I ordered. Very sketchy business practice imo. Not happy with this company.

GBThis review is for customer service This review is for customer service, as I havent received my product yet. I mistakenly submitted my order without using my discount code. Immediately, I emailed support to ask that my order be cancelled. They werent able to cancel it BUT, Lauryn offered to add the code to the order and refunded the difference to my card! I must say that I was in complete shock!! I was totally prepared for a long hassle! IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will try other products based solely on my customer experience! Can't wait for my serum to arrive!

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a coupon being removed at checkout. I contacted customer service and Lauryn responded right away. My issue was resolved in less than a day with the coupon being reinstated. Top notch!
