GBOutstanding Customer Service I placed an order today using Apple Pay, and somehow in between my double clicking and actual processing, the address changed. I emailed customer service, and received a prompt reply from Lauryn, who was fantastic! I appreciate how quickly she found my order and was able to correct it for me before shipping took place. Extremely grateful!

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a coupon being removed at checkout. I contacted customer service and Lauryn responded right away. My issue was resolved in less than a day with the coupon being reinstated. Top notch!

CAMy order came in yesterday with the Glow Wand crushed. My order came in yesterday with the Glow Wand crushed and broken. I was so disappointed! I contacted the customer service department, sent them a photo and within minutes Lauren got back to me! I mean who does that in this day and age! Amazing!
