Wonderful Customer Service! I live in Canada and discovered this product through a review in a journal. I ordered it, applied it as directed and magic! It worked very quickly to address dark and puffy under eyes. I have sensitive eyes that more often than not react to eye products. Glow Fairy was smooth and very soothing on my eyes … and very easy to apply! It was a winner! I tried to reorder but could not pull up an address for shipping to Canada. I contacted customer Service. Only a few moments later I received a very helpful response from Lauryn in CS. She completed a partial order for me and sent it to my email with directions on how to complete payment for the order….prompt, courteous, helpful and my order is now complete and on the way to my Canadian address! I had an issue with the shipping… I had an issue with the shipping address that was solved very quickly. I was contacted by a very kind person who right away helped me. Happy to know this company actually cares about their costumers!

Loving it so far The serum itself is great as a moisturizer, i think it rubs in well and leaves my skin feeling smooth. It makes my skin look more youthful with a slight sheen. I cant speak for anti cellulite benefits yet, i’m only a week in. I think it might be making a difference but need more time to tell for sure. I had an issue with my order packaging, one of the bottles came damaged. Customer service was super responsive (within a business day) and satisfactorily remedied my problem quickly.
