Great Customer Service I recently ordered the cellulite cream but received a different item in my order. I contacted customer support to inform them that the wrong item was received. Customer support responded quickly and immediately placed a new order for me to receive the cellulite cream. The entire exchange was hassle free. They also gave me a coupon for 60% off my next purchase. The customer service was excellent and made we look forward to ordering from Glow Fairy

Sent Me Wrong Product & Expect Me to Pay for Return Shipping I ordered a 3-pack of Anti-Cellulite Serum but was sent a 3-pack of Resurfacing Body Polish. Assuming this was in error, I contacted the company. They said they had discontinued the Anti-Cellulite Serum, so instead of telling me it was out of stock or giving me any kind of option, they sent me the Body Polish (a completely different product in both ingredients and application) instead. To return the Body Polish I'd have to pay for return shipping, even though it is NOT the product I ordered. Very sketchy business practice imo. Not happy with this company.
