USTiny Error, Amazing Respionse! Maria M. was so pleasant and professional. My order arrived missing an additional charm that was ordered. I emailed right away, and Maria M. quickly responded. Ideally CH prefers to see pictures of all packaging. Since the packaging was not damaged, I did not think to save it. Once the details of the issue were sorted out, I received my charm as ordered very quickly. Maria M. thank you for your help! Lastly my product exceeded expectations! I am very pleased.

GBI spent £75 on a bottle of Good Girl… I spent £75 on a bottle of Good Girl perfume on board a flight and the spray mechanism stopped working after a few days. I contacted them to try and get it fixed/resolved. They requested all my personal details, photos of the bottle, packaging I even had to take videos of it not working. Then they refused to help and told me to go to the flight company!! What a waste of time. Customer service definitely not a priority!!
