I advise against shopping online at the… I advise against shopping online at the CH store. It's a terrible experience. No contact with them if you have trouble with your account. After returning the goods, you will not receive the money within 14 days. You have to ask for them many times. This company operates on the verge of the law, often breaking it. When it comes to clothes, they are for one-time use. They are of poor quality and deteriorate quickly. The buttons are not sewn, the material pills, wears out and loses its color after a few washes.

Online Purchase/ Good customer service I purchased online, when my items arrived one of the bottle was broken and spilled in the container. I immediately emailed the customer service and sent photos, got a response the next day. They offered a replacement or refund and asked me to return the item on its original packaging which I did. Hopefully refund will come to my account after the said waiting period.
