GBI bought Carolina Herrera's CH perfume… I bought Carolina Herrera's CH perfume recently and I was very excited about the perfume, I had already tried it at the airport, but it was the biggest disappointment, I didn't smell anything, it didn't even last 5 minutes. I thought about it being fake, but I bought it directly from Carolina Herrera's website. I don't know if they changed the formula, but it doesn't smell like anything, only when you sneeze you can smell it, but it doesn't last 5 minutes on the body.

GBI bought a Good Girl Supreme at Faro… I bought a Good Girl Supreme at Faro airport but unfortunately the scent was faulty. I contacted Puig and a member of the staff (Daisy) was very understanding. I was provided with a free label to send back the faulty perfum. Once they received it, they send me straight away a replacement and it smells beautifully 😍. Their customer service is good and they respond quickly.

USGreat Customer Service - Fast Response Looking for an old fragrance Puig use to make (Aqua Quorum), I decided to contact their head office in Barcelona. I received a response within 2 hours! For a large company, this means their attention to consumers is really good. Diego G was the agent, very courteous and with a vested interest in helping.

PLI advise against shopping online at the… I advise against shopping online at the CH store. It's a terrible experience. No contact with them if you have trouble with your account. After returning the goods, you will not receive the money within 14 days. You have to ask for them many times. This company operates on the verge of the law, often breaking it. When it comes to clothes, they are for one-time use. They are of poor quality and deteriorate quickly. The buttons are not sewn, the material pills, wears out and loses its color after a few washes.

INI enquired about a perfumes… I enquired about a perfumes availability through the chat and I quickly found the answer within minutes. It was surprising and somehow comforting to realize I was talking to a real human for a small query, great job team CH! nice not to talk to another robot.
