For a large company, this means their attention to consumers is really good. Diego G was the agent, very courteous and with a vested interest in helping.

GBI bought a Good Girl Supreme at Faro… I bought a Good Girl Supreme at Faro airport but unfortunately the scent was faulty. I contacted Puig and a member of the staff (Daisy) was very understanding. I was provided with a free label to send back the faulty perfum. Once they received it, they send me straight away a replacement and it smells beautifully 😍. Their customer service is good and they respond quickly.

AUFantastic customer service I can't express my gratitute at the excellent customer service I received from Maria via CH customer service email. CH products are premium products and it's heartening when companies act on their company philosophies. I'm in Australia and to receive such friendly, helpful and speedy responses was fabulous.

PLI advise against shopping online at the… I advise against shopping online at the CH store. It's a terrible experience. No contact with them if you have trouble with your account. After returning the goods, you will not receive the money within 14 days. You have to ask for them many times. This company operates on the verge of the law, often breaking it. When it comes to clothes, they are for one-time use. They are of poor quality and deteriorate quickly. The buttons are not sewn, the material pills, wears out and loses its color after a few washes.
