Ideally CH prefers to see pictures of all packaging. Since the packaging was not damaged, I did not think to save it. Once the details of the issue were sorted out, I received my charm as ordered very quickly. Maria M. thank you for your help! Lastly my product exceeded expectations! I am very pleased.
