PLI advise against shopping online at the… I advise against shopping online at the CH store. It's a terrible experience. No contact with them if you have trouble with your account. After returning the goods, you will not receive the money within 14 days. You have to ask for them many times. This company operates on the verge of the law, often breaking it. When it comes to clothes, they are for one-time use. They are of poor quality and deteriorate quickly. The buttons are not sewn, the material pills, wears out and loses its color after a few washes.

Maria MV listened carefully, then forwarded for a resolution and stayed a communication through each step. GBGreat Customer Service - Fast Response Looking for an old fragrance Puig use to make (Aqua Quorum), I decided to contact their head office in Barcelona. I received a response within 2 hours! For a large company, this means their attention to consumers is really good. Diego G was the agent, very courteous and with a vested interest in helping.

GBI spent £75 on a bottle of Good Girl… I spent £75 on a bottle of Good Girl perfume on board a flight and the spray mechanism stopped working after a few days. I contacted them to try and get it fixed/resolved. They requested all my personal details, photos of the bottle, packaging I even had to take videos of it not working. Then they refused to help and told me to go to the flight company!! What a waste of time. Customer service definitely not a priority!!
