VNGreat Customer Service, But Hard to Find at First At first, it was hard for me to find a live representative to chat with. I think it was my phone that had the issues because I was able to access the live chat just fine with my laptop computer. I corresponded with Emily, Poppy, and Monica. They were very friendly, professional and helpful. They helped me to get a discount along with refunding my money when I didn't enter in the discount code properly (my mistake). I am impressed by their service and commitment to quality and high standards. Also, the pricing for the service is very affordable. I would recommend to anyone I know looking for a VPN.

DEI appreciate the very kind and personal… I appreciate the very kind and personal answers. And they have been in time. The fist hint was not so helpful - it was a standard one, but I already did it and I mentioned it (kill the process an restart). The second helped perfect: to deinstall and new install AtlasVPN. So the help was very good. But the issue itself, that the app does not work after normal update, instead a deinstall is necessary, should be solved in a more easy manner.

GBSuper helpful and understanding The member of your team named Katie, helped me through all my questions. Sadly, AtlasVPN didn't work for me, but Katie was super helpful and even advised the best resolutions. However my issue was related to office wifi, and sadly i had to unsubscribe.

GBUnderstood my problem and immediately… Understood my problem and immediately resolved it. I didn't understand the routing for VPN. BTW: this rating service has updated the date gizmo it's stuck on 2022. You should try apps out before having clients use them :) :)
