Great Customer Service, But Hard to Find at First At first, it was hard for me to find a live representative to chat with. I think it was my phone that had the issues because I was able to access the live chat just fine with my laptop computer. I corresponded with Emily, Poppy, and Monica. They were very friendly, professional and helpful. They helped me to get a discount along with refunding my money when I didn't enter in the discount code properly (my mistake). I am impressed by their service and commitment to quality and high standards. Also, the pricing for the service is very affordable. I would recommend to anyone I know looking for a VPN.

I feel scammed by Atlas VPN I was using Atlas VPN quite sucessfully then suddenly last week I could no longer log in. Instead I was confronted by a dialogue box with a button for 'existing users' to log in which asked for my email address. I am then sent an email inviting me to sign up with no option for existing users to log in. This appears to be a scam because when I enter an email address that I have never used with Atlas I get exactly the same result. Somehow I doubt that the promised chang to Nord VPN will happen. It's unbelievable! I have been advised to click on the 'sign up' button to log in even though I am an existing subscriber and it worked. There must be sub optimal people running that site. Surely even the dumbest programer should be able to figure out that fixing that would be easier than responding to thousands of unhappy people.

The response was swift and professional with "Webster" asking me to submit a screenshot and the logs. he/she also provided understandable guides on how to provide these. After figuring out the problem i followed an understandable guide and the problem was fixed. Swift and easy, the service was great and the guide was easy to follow.
