GBKati was excellent Kati was excellent. She was very professional and polite all the time. I wish I could work with other customer service representatives as good as Kati. Hats off to Atlas VPN Management for hiring her

GBGiving up, moving on I've had constant problems with Atlas VPN since I purchased a three year plan. I got a very good rate, and for the brief periods where it actually worked, I maintained a mostly stable connection with reasonable latency and throughput. The software distributed with Atlas VPN however, is the worst I've ever experienced for this task. Concerning myself with the Windows software in particular, the first set of problems I encountered made using the killswitch untenable, as, if my computer shut down without my shutting off Atlas VPN manually, upon restart, I would be unable to use my connection. More lately, I tried to use this again, and for the first time in a decade, my computer would constantly bluescreen after a few minutes of use. In both cases, the support I received was blunt, terrible, and useless. Too, while trying to follow installation guides for linux, their service was utterly unusable. Since choosing another provider, I have had constantly flawless service across all devices.

AUI feel scammed by Atlas VPN I was using Atlas VPN quite sucessfully then suddenly last week I could no longer log in. Instead I was confronted by a dialogue box with a button for 'existing users' to log in which asked for my email address. I am then sent an email inviting me to sign up with no option for existing users to log in. This appears to be a scam because when I enter an email address that I have never used with Atlas I get exactly the same result. Somehow I doubt that the promised chang to Nord VPN will happen. It's unbelievable! I have been advised to click on the 'sign up' button to log in even though I am an existing subscriber and it worked. There must be sub optimal people running that site. Surely even the dumbest programer should be able to figure out that fixing that would be easier than responding to thousands of unhappy people.
