GBProblems running AtlasVPN. Had problems getting AtlasVPN running correctly. After an on-line chat with Webster (from the Atlas VPN support) he quickly solved my problem. He was very quick and efficient with his responses and got to the heart of problems really quickly. Would not hesitate to contact Atlas support again if it was needed.

GBThese people don't deserve even one… These people don't deserve even one star. They are shutting shop after taking money from people with a deal up to 2026 which is fraud if they expect people to pay to migrate to NORDVPN who have bought them out. Who should be sued here ? Should they both be sued ? Cheating customers out of the service they paid for is criminal. And whoever disagrees is also a criminal and supporting criminals.

TRMoney was taken from my account without my knowledge I previously applied to cancel my account via live support, you said ok. GBSuper helpful and understanding The member of your team named Katie, helped me through all my questions. Sadly, AtlasVPN didn't work for me, but Katie was super helpful and even advised the best resolutions. However my issue was related to office wifi, and sadly i had to unsubscribe.

GBGiving up, moving on I've had constant problems with Atlas VPN since I purchased a three year plan. I got a very good rate, and for the brief periods where it actually worked, I maintained a mostly stable connection with reasonable latency and throughput. The software distributed with Atlas VPN however, is the worst I've ever experienced for this task. Concerning myself with the Windows software in particular, the first set of problems I encountered made using the killswitch untenable, as, if my computer shut down without my shutting off Atlas VPN manually, upon restart, I would be unable to use my connection. More lately, I tried to use this again, and for the first time in a decade, my computer would constantly bluescreen after a few minutes of use. In both cases, the support I received was blunt, terrible, and useless. Too, while trying to follow installation guides for linux, their service was utterly unusable. Since choosing another provider, I have had constantly flawless service across all devices.
