INI think these features are a must ... Access, Speed, Interface, Cost, A/C & Billing - -> Very Good Currently I can assign only a root directory with ALL sub-folders to a user. I expect unix like directories permissions to users. (Idon't want all sub-folders access for a user) Also some friction in selecting user names, it says some new names are already in use. Thanks, Anand

GB5 Fold price increase !! After using the platform for quite a time (with no problems) we receive an email notifying us our monthly subscription is to increase 5 fold to $100 per month! Its not that we make excessive use of the service either, always well within our quota. I been left feeling that small businesses helped build ExaVault and now they have been out priced and cast aside, sad very sad. Thanks for your reply, what you fail to mention is the condition of the 12 month price freeze is it's payable in one yearly payment upfront and afterwards still increase your fee from $20 to $100 per month. Oh and sending out the price increase email the day after taking the months invoice payment feels a poor show too, especially because if we cancel you remove the service in 1 to 2 days but refuse to refund the unused portion of the plan.

NZReally Good, minor changes would make it perfect We're finding ExaVault really convenient as a landing place for telemetered data-logger data and conveniently, securely sharing this data with various customers. I especially like our ability to have our brand on the page. One thing that I wish you could do is retrospectively change/divide the access permissions for folders/sub-folders that have already been created. We made a number of folders under a main folder only to find that we couldn't modify access permissions in the way we desired. We ended up having to create multiple new root folders and allocate/restrict access that way. Some of this hinged on the need to program our data-loggers to drop the data in a specified folder. Not a biggie but slightly less convenient than we thought it would be.

GBWe use ExaVault as a key part of our… We use ExaVault as a key part of our consulting business as it makes sure we are always following the best practices with secure file sharing. The web interface means that we can spend zero (!) time training our staff or customers on how to do it. Zero friction means better compliance and better customer satisfaction. The addition of the receive folders and forms (again, what an innovation!) means that we can even add context to our data exchange instead of just files. The only thing that I'd look for in the future is for some sort of data expiry policy so that we don't have to write our own scripts to age off data within our policy guidelines. Highly recommended.

ESEasy to use interface! Easy to use interface. I use ExaVault for my clients, when I need them to send me large files in a secure manner. My customers come from all walks of life, and many do not have much computer knowledge. In spite of that, none of them had any issues to upload the files. I just send them a link and a password and they figure it out by themselves. They do not need to create accounts or anything. It’s straight forward. I would recommend it.
