Easy, secure, flexible...and no training required. Our business has to create new FTP accounts all the time and ExaVault makes it as easy as possible. I'm a big fan of their easy-to-activate custom notifications that make sure everyone everyone is keep in the loop about the latest file activity. I also love how they're constantly improving the service and interface. ExaVault will have my business for years to come!

ExaVault Cloud FTP is Great! Overall the product and our experience with the software and support team has been great. They continue to add necessary features to keep ftp options available for our customers that want more and more automated workflows.

Very good performance and service. Best bang for your buck out there, and everything you could ask for in a hosted FTP solution. We've used Exavault for about three months now after researching our alternatives pretty extensively. The price and performance are what sold us on Exavault. The flexibility of the user interface with either browser and link based file sharing, or the traditional FTP/SFTP client approach fits our needs and works well for us and our customers both. The customer service is fast and friendly. You can't go wrong with Exavault.

FTP/SFTP made easy. Fantastic. We've used ExaVault for several projects requiring secure and auditable file transfer. It's much easier and more flexible than the "old school" methods of setting up FTP or SFTP servers. We've not (yet) had a need to use the API or the "Widgets" feature, but it's good to know they're available when needed. It just works. Highly recommend.

I think these features are a must ... Access, Speed, Interface, Cost, A/C & Billing - -> Very Good Currently I can assign only a root directory with ALL sub-folders to a user. I expect unix like directories permissions to users. (Idon't want all sub-folders access for a user) Also some friction in selecting user names, it says some new names are already in use.
