The best Switching over to ExaVault last year let us retire our internal FTP servers. We're able to handle all our FTP processes without the headaches of managing our own server.  The sharing and sending options have been an added bonus. Sending files by providing links in email lets us quickly get reports back to our customers without creating and maintaining additional FTP user accounts.  Support and technical staff did a great job helping us find the best way to get the most out of our ExaVault account.

My data is safe and stored online vs on a drive at my office or house. If something goes wrong I always know I have my copy with them as a backup no matter what. All in all a great service - been using them for a couple of yrs now and have no complaints. This service is simple and straight forward. I think these features are a must ... Access, Speed, Interface, Cost, A/C & Billing - -> Very Good Currently I can assign only a root directory with ALL sub-folders to a user. I expect unix like directories permissions to users. (Idon't want all sub-folders access for a user) Also some friction in selecting user names, it says some new names are already in use. Prior to their recent overhaul of their… Prior to their recent overhaul of their Website, Exavault was great, but with their Website change, the experience has been degraded. Our users have to constantly reload their browser and login multiple times to get to the services or info they need.

Easy to use interface! Easy to use interface. I use ExaVault for my clients, when I need them to send me large files in a secure manner. My customers come from all walks of life, and many do not have much computer knowledge. In spite of that, none of them had any issues to upload the files. I just send them a link and a password and they figure it out by themselves. They do not need to create accounts or anything. It’s straight forward. I would recommend it.
