SEThe best Switching over to ExaVault last year let us retire our internal FTP servers. We're able to handle all our FTP processes without the headaches of managing our own server. The sharing and sending options have been an added bonus. Sending files by providing links in email lets us quickly get reports back to our customers without creating and maintaining additional FTP user accounts. Support and technical staff did a great job helping us find the best way to get the most out of our ExaVault account.

GBEasy, secure, flexible...and no training required. Our business has to create new FTP accounts all the time and ExaVault makes it as easy as possible. I'm a big fan of their easy-to-activate custom notifications that make sure everyone everyone is keep in the loop about the latest file activity. I also love how they're constantly improving the service and interface. ExaVault will have my business for years to come!

GBAfter 4.5 years they suspended our account...beware of their business practices We were, until today, an ExaVault customer for 4.5 years, then they suspended our account for high bandwidth usage. Their service was being used for FTP back up of a cloud server instance at the IBM data center in Dallas (formally Softlayer). It was the same nightly automatic backup from a Plesk control panel for all 4.5 years. Very poor business practices I would not recommend them. We are moving our business to AWS. GBExaVault Cloud FTP is Great! Overall the product and our experience with the software and support team has been great. They continue to add necessary features to keep ftp options available for our customers that want more and more automated workflows.

GBWe use ExaVault as a key part of our… We use ExaVault as a key part of our consulting business as it makes sure we are always following the best practices with secure file sharing. The web interface means that we can spend zero (!) time training our staff or customers on how to do it. Zero friction means better compliance and better customer satisfaction. The addition of the receive folders and forms (again, what an innovation!) means that we can even add context to our data exchange instead of just files. The only thing that I'd look for in the future is for some sort of data expiry policy so that we don't have to write our own scripts to age off data within our policy guidelines. Highly recommended.
